ART JAM is an event that encourages art students and faculty from Gulf Coast Intercollegiate Consortium member colleges to engage with one another by participating in group critique and portfolio reviews with Houston area arts professionals. Monetary prizes will be awarded and pizza lunch will be provided.
All media welcome – digital images of 3d work is acceptable. Students should bring their own laptop or device to show digital images.
OPEN CRITIQUE: Open to all GCIC art students. Ongoing critique with peers and faculty reviewers, no reservation necessary. Limit of 5 works.
PORTFOLIO REVIEW: Open to all GCIC art majors. Limit of 20 works per portfolio. Portfolio review slots are twenty minutes each.
