About the Course

Autodesk Fusion 360 is a powerful tool for creating 2D and 3D designs that can be fabricated using a number of digital tools including 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines. In this course you will be introduced to the basics of creating original models using this multi-faceted and flexible tool.

This course is taught by West Houston Institute IDEAStudio staff and is being offered free of charge to Houston Community College students, faculty, and staff this semester. The format for this course is online anytime. That means that once your registration is processed, you will be given access to the web-based course in HCC's Eagle Online learning platform. You can work through the course modules and complete the final creative project at your own pace. You will have until the end of the course session to complete all assigned work. Although the course is virtual, your instructor will be available to answer questions and support you through the activities. All participants who complete the course will have the opportunity to have their final project 3D printed for them at IDEAStudio!
